What columns does the CSV need? At minimum Name and Manager. Optional columns: Title, Department, Email, Phone, Location, Employee ID, Photo URL, and Secondary Managers. Separate multiple secondary managers with a semicolon (;). Download the template from the import wizard.

My image upload failed — what's the limit? Images and PDFs must be 10 MB or smaller (PNG, JPG, GIF, PDF). If extraction fails after upload, the file is saved — top up credits in settings and retry from the dashboard.

The chart colors look off. The seed color you choose in branding is automatically corrected to WCAG 2.1 AA — you see a live preview of the corrected colors before saving. The raw seed is never applied directly, so text and backgrounds always meet AA contrast.

Can I drag people around in the preview? Yes, on the top-down tree, radial, and civic templates — drag a person onto a new manager to reparent them. The app prevents dropping someone onto their own subordinate (which would create a loop). Card, list, and table templates don't support dragging.

Can I password-protect a shared chart? Yes. When you create a share link, add an optional password and expiration date. Recipients enter the password on the share page before viewing.

What happens when the year ends? The hosted URL is taken down until you renew ($30) from the dashboard. Any HTML you downloaded or embedded elsewhere keeps working — only the hosted copy expires.
