Registering for a workshop
TheAccessibleWorkshop is a pair of live, instructor-led digital-accessibility compliance workshops (~3 hours each) that take a team from the regulatory requirements through building and running an institution-wide accessibility program to reach and keep WCAG 2.1 AA.
1. Browse the catalog
Go to theaccessible.org/workshops. Upcoming dates and pricing load from the live catalog. If nothing is scheduled, the page shows a Get notified of new dates option instead of registration — leave your email and we'll tell you when the next cohort opens.
2. Choose your option
Register for Part 1, Part 2, or both (the bundle shows any savings). Part 1 covers the requirements and program architecture; Part 2 covers procurement workflow and includes a live walkthrough of TheAccessibleReportCard, which attendees get to use at no charge.
3. Add attendees
On the registration screen, enter the primary registrant (name and work email; organization and role optional), then add any additional attendees with their names and work emails. Each named attendee receives a Microsoft Teams invite directly.
Every additional attendee whose work email shares the primary registrant's domain automatically gets 20% off at checkout — no code needed. For large groups or invoicing, email sales@theaccessible.org.
You can also add accessibility accommodations or questions in the optional fields. The order summary totals everything live.
4. Check out
Click Continue to Payment to complete registration through Stripe. On success you'll see a confirmation and receive an email with the Teams invite.
5. Tax-exempt? Upload your certificate
If tax was charged and your organization is exempt (government, higher-ed, or 501(c)(3)), a Tax-exempt organization? card appears after payment. Upload your exemption certificate (PDF/JPG/PNG). Once it's approved, the tax is refunded to your card and future registrations are automatically tax-exempt.
