I signed in but I'm sent back to the marketing page. Access is gated by an active subscription. If you just subscribed, the Stripe confirmation takes a few seconds and the app retries automatically — if you're still bounced after a minute, reload the page or check your email that the purchase completed.
I see "We couldn't verify your access." That's a transient network/server error while checking your subscription. Click Try again; if it persists, check your connection and contact support.
The course typeahead isn't suggesting anything. If you just subscribed, your school's catalog can take up to 24 hours to ingest. Use Start building now and type courses manually in the meantime; the typeahead activates automatically once the catalog is ready.
A course isn't in the catalog.
It may not be in your school's catalog yet, or it may be listed under a different code (e.g. MATH 151 vs MTH 151). The course fields are always editable, so you can type it in by hand.
My PDF download failed. If the converter is briefly unavailable, the app falls back to Print — open the print view and choose "Save as PDF" in your browser.
Do I need an active subscription every time? Yes — it's a $199/year product. If your subscription lapses you'll be asked to renew. Your worksheet data stays in your browser until you're subscribed again.
Where is my worksheet stored? Can I share it with a student? Worksheets live locally in your browser and aren't uploaded to our servers; export a PDF to hand off to a student on any device.
