What file formats are supported? .docx, .pdf, and .html/.htm. Other formats aren't accepted.

My PDF wouldn't parse. If you see a message about the PDF engine failing to load, refresh the page (or update your browser) and try again. If it keeps failing, paste the ACR's URL instead, or upload an HTML/DOCX copy.

Pasting a URL failed with an access or CORS error. Some servers block direct fetches, require sign-in, or the URL points straight at a PDF. Download the file from the vendor first, then upload it with the file picker.

It warned that fewer than 20 criteria were found. The parser may have missed rows in an unusual table layout. Review the results carefully, or split the document and re-run. Missing rows are often recovered automatically from the surrounding text.

Why is a criterion showing "Not Reported"? The vendor left that criterion blank. It's treated as "Does Not Support" for scoring; you can override it in the criteria table if you have better information.

I disagree with the grade. Override individual criteria — change the conformance level or impact rating and add notes. The weighted grade recalculates immediately.

Is grading free? Yes, free for everyone with no credit card. Sign in only so your reports save to your dashboard.

Is there an API? Yes — a keyed VPAT Parser API is available. See the API reference. It requires a Bearer key and is rate-limited per key.
